Here is a video interview during the first day of practice at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens with Texas A&M student athletic trainer Blake Bahlman, a senior kinesiology major from San Angelo, Texas. Blake spends 30-40 hours a week during the season with the men’s tennis program. His main objective is injury prevention and rehabilitation of our student-athletes.
This is a video clip of how Texas A&M reached the Round of 16 as freshman Alberto Bautista defeated Adrian Forberg Skogeng of Ole Miss, 5-7, 7-5, 6-4, at No. 5 singles in NCAA second-round action on May 15 at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center in College Station.
Known as “Berto” on the team, the rookie from McAllen, Texas, also clinched A&M’s 6-1 victory over Big 12 Conference rival Baylor on April 7 which ended the Bears’ five-match winning streak in the series.
