Congratulations to several of our current A&M players who have joined a long tradition of Aggie soccer players who’ve made appearances for United States Women’s National Teams!

 

Our current roster has 14 players who have National Team experience with a variety of age group teams representing our country!

 

Alyssa Mautz was on the Gold medal winning USA U20 Team which won the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Chile this past Fall.

 

A&M has had several other players called into duty in the past year with the USA U20s and U23s, including Kristin Arnold, Beth West, Bri Young, Rachel Shipley, Kim Castleberry, and Nicole Ketchum.

 

We are all proud to support our National Team programs and do whatever we can to make soccer in America the best in the world, especially for female players.  So, it’s very special and especially exciting anytime one of our players get “the call” to come and represent her country.  It’s also a great feeling knowing that we have a program that attracts and develops some of the best soccer players in the world.
